RAM issue RZ09-0301x razer blade 15 advanced (2019)
Hello, I am having problems with my ram. I bought 2x16go ddr4 3200mhz CL22 1.2V Crucial and I installed them, restarted my pc and 2 min later my windows freezed, I had to turn off my pc. So I installed the basic RAM sticks. I don't know what to do can someone help me please?
This is the exact same situation I find myself in. Same RAM, it comes out of the box and installs at 3200, but can also support 2666 which is the frequency we need for this model. In looking online and the information from Crucial I’ve come to the conclusion that we will need to downclock our RAM to the 2666 setting. However, the RAM frequency isn’t editable in BIOS (unless I’m missing something simple) and I can’t find a utility that allows me to modify the frequency. Anyone have a solution???
