selim26Yeah, you see.... if I do that, Only discord is fed through the Headphones, everything else is Forced through my speakers, because I don't have access to changing the Output for THX, which you need the Software to do.
THX comes free with Razer headphones i think. Install Synapse 3. It should be on the Audio tab.

THX Spatial audio Application has the option to select an output device, the basic "integrated" one does not. and makes them borderline useless if they force everything to my speakers anyway.

FiszPLI've gone through every single guide, every single "troubleshoot" their support has thought of, and nothing is resolving it... I'm not an idiot, it just feels very scuffed that the easiest solution is to give me the software, why do they care so much about 20$....baffling
Check what output you have set in Windows. I have the same headset, and for me it's working correctly.

You can get a 30 day free trial of the software. Why not try that to see if it even will work with whatever way you have your system setup? Can you explain why can't you open your sound settings and set THX Spatial Audio to Default device? That is all you have to do to make it work on Windows 10 through Synapse. Install Synapse then install THX from the same screen. good luck

I posted about a similar issue 12 days ago (https://insider.razer.com/razer-support-45/how-to-activate-the-thx-spatial-audio-49076) and I didn’t get any resolution.
I think most of these support issues go unresolved and unanswered. I posted here, I wrote directly to their support and nothing happened.

Install Synapse 3 and check Audio → Mixer tab, there are settings for THX Spatial.

What I don’t get is why it required an activation code before, though I guess it doesn’t matter anymore. Or at least I hope it doesn’t matter anymore.
