razer 18 bios 2.04 not updating

Razer,

I downloaded the latest BIOS from today, 2.04, but after installing, the previous BIOS 2.02 is still current.  I tried many times, ensured windows was updated, still wont update the system.  Any advice?

    I was able to fix.  Turns out my company virus protection was keeping the installer from fully executing, even though the computer was rebooting.  Disabling that software allowed the update to complete.
