The application allows you to log in, but after that nothing happens. All that remains is a small application icon in the taskbar, which, moreover, looks very cropped. All it allows me to do is log in and log out. There is no 7.1 Surround Sound available.

Have you already tried performing a clean installation of the app? Try rebooting your PC before installing again for further isolation. Should the problem persist, please PM me so I can kickstart a support ticket and escalate your concern to the software team for an advanced resolution. Thank you!
