Razer 7.1 Surround Sound - CANT ACTIVATE

Hello! I installed the Razer 7.1 Surround Sound program. I tried to activate it several times, but the activation code is always invalid. Requesting the activation code did not help. It is identical to the first one. What can i do ? Thanks in advance!

+1 Quite sad bought these from amazon with the scratch card already scratched and now when I try to enter it I get message saying already used by another.

Register your product at razer use your log in details on surround sound 7.1 you should be able to goto support, then help with activation, you can request a new code here

if you goto the support link on the site there is a box of FAQ with support links as pictured

Requesting the activation code did not help. It is identical to the first one.
I mean - requesting the activation code at the support. unfortunately, it is not possible to contact support directly. Does the administration view the forum?
