I have the x570 taichi razer edition and for the last 3 months the lights strips on the board don´t turn off go to sleep mode or even when i turn the computer completely off. i looked through numerious forums and found others with same or similar issue but noone has a fix.
The only solution i found was to go in synapse turn the mainboard lights off and also disable "switch off lighting when display is turned off". then it stays off. But when i activate "switch off lighting when display is turned off" and then go to sleep (note: the lights are still set to deactivated) it lights up after the pc went to sleep so after a few seconds. So for me it looks like the mainboard or synapse tells the mainboard to go in "spectrum cycle" mode (thats the lighting mode it always goes to when pc is in sleep mode or off) . Thats why i think synapse maybe has to do something with this. Because as i said if i turn the lights off and activate the turn off when in display is turned off it also tells the mainboard somehow to go in spectrum cycle so there must be something in synapse or maybe a software bug in the bios but i downloaded every bios option possible tried it with every version and it doesnt work with any of them- thats why i hope you could help me see if its a synapse bug or if i have to replace the mainboard.
i tried looking for a solution in the bios as there is the option to control the lights from there but it does nothing. Also of course i set the option in the bios to turn lights off in s5 (sleep mode) but nothingh changes.
