razer atheris randomly turning on and off by itself

The Razer Atheris mouse I bought on December 8, 2017 has worked flawlessly until today. Recently, razer atheris has been randomly turning on and off by itself, so it loses communication with the computer for a short time. This problem occurs in both 2.4 Ghz wifi dungle and bluetooth connection. firmware version is up to date. i changed the batteries. The problem persists. I'm starting to think the problem is electronics. I am aware that the warranty period of the product has expired and I prefer it to be repaired because I am very satisfied. Do you have a solution suggestion? Is it possible to have the product repaired in Turkey? Is there a service point you would recommend in Turkey?
