Razer Audio Mixer Mute mic button not muting

My razer audio mixer won't mute my mic for whatever reason. It has been working perfectly fine up until today, 12/14/22. I am able to use the long press function on it as well as turn on and off the light for it so I know it's not a physical issue, but every time I try to mute my mic, it does nothing. I have restarted my computer several times, disconnected and reconnected my mixer several times, and even disconnected and reconnected my microphone. I've checked for firmware updates and went ahead and updated it. As of right now, I'm all out of ways to troubleshoot it. Please, am I the only person having this issue, cause if so then maybe I have a faulty model that now went out, I've only had it for 2 months.

    Did you already try to repair the Synapse 3 app? If not yet, you can follow the steps here. If that didn't help, PM me the serial number so I can validate its model and check my resources for other workarounds to help you address the unresponsive mute button of your audio mixer.
