Razer Barracuda shuts down when trying to implement the new firmware

Good Day, 

 

Ive run into a problem. I tried to update the Firmware of my Barracuda X Headset via the official update module, but everytime i start the update my headset turns itself off and i get a failure message with a retry option. 

I tried it for about half an hour, but the outcome is always the same, even with connected USB Cable. In addition since yesterday the headset does not seem to charge at all.

I have the same problem, your headphone charges it’s just that it doesn’t have the blinking light on. Mine also shuts down by itself and fails when trying to update firmware.

Same, always at 70% complete. Is this happening because the headset powers off due to “inactivity”, or is the update process actually bugged?

This occurs both when plugged in and not.

Guys, there is an update, now, be careful, I got the same error at 70%, maybe try to disconnect from bluetooth, let only the dongle connection, but the device got updated to the latest firmware, so for me it worked.
