Razer Barracuda X 2.4Ghz dongle is not detected

I just bought this Razer Barracuda X Mercury Edition, it works fine with the 3.5mm cable, Bluetooth. But when i plug in the 2.4Ghz dongle, the device doesn’t even detect it.

Kindly help me RAZER

Thanks for alerting us about this. Have you tried it on a different PC just to check if the dongle can be detected? You can also try the Razer Headset Pairing Utility. If the issue still persists, then you can drop me a PM along with your headset’s serial number so I can check for the appropriate firmware update.
