I got this headset recently with the purpose of using it both on laptop and phone.
On the laptop everything seems to work just fine, as you can simply choose input and output devices.
But when I connect it to my android phone using the usb-c dongle, it plays music and all the sounds perfectly and also the recording my voice works fine, but when I try to make a call, it suddenly stops working, meaning that no sound comes from the earbuds and also no sound going out of the mic. So I was wondering if it iseven possible to make phone calls using the usb-c dongle connection.
It works just fine using the cable connected to 3.5mm jack.
