Razer barracuda x 2021 USB-C doungle stop working but appeared Bluetooth

I was using my phone with USB-C doungle then i have connected to my laptop and suddenly they stopped working. The indicator began to blink slowly (Although when searching for a connection, it always flashes very quickly). Bluetooth on my phone was on and it connected with my headset by Bluetooth but in version of 2021 the headset do not have a Bluetooth connection. I also can not connect it by Bluetooth with my laptop or another phone, it only connects with my phone by Buetooth. USB-C doungle does not work at all, doungle can be connected to my computer or phone but indicator still blinking.
