Hi guys,
I just got myself a pair of Razer Barracuda X and Viper V2 Pro mouse.
Both are working as they should as is on their own, but when I try to discover the headset within the synapse application nothing happens. Also when I try to pair the headset to the mouse USB-dongle, it cannot get discovered.. So my question (I guess) is, even though the headset uses hyperspeed tech, its not compatible and can not be paired with another USB dongle?
Reason why I want to pair it to another one is well, first the headset USB-dongle doesn’t get discovered in synapse and so I have to try pairing with the other device.
You see, I don’t have many USB 3 ports (2 type A and one Type C) and so I have to disconnect other devices (work disks and so on) in other to have both of Razer devices wireless USB dongles attached and that is not optimal since my computer is also used for a lot of other stuff (work.. and so..).
Please do help if you can..
PS, I though the FW might be needing to be updated but the tool for it doesn’t recognize the dongle or it doesn’t need a update. I have tried over and over with connecting, disconnecting, uninstall and install all over again, can’t get anywhere on this either..
Any tips or so is greatly appreciated!
