Razer Barracuda X disconnects from usb- c dongle whenever audio starts

My Razer Barracuda X headphones can connect to the usb- c dongle but whenever I play any kind of audio on them like starting a youtube video it immediately disconnects and the blinking blue light meaning pairing mode starts on the headphones. I have no idea what the cause of this problem is and I want a fix. I do think this started after I restarted my computer and it fixed a hard disk.

    Also I have tried to connect my headphones with my phone and my laptop and I encountered the same problem.

    I also tried plugging the usb- c dongle into my nintendo switch and it keeps switching between usb audio and console audio. Strange.
