Razer Barracuda X is not detected to update firmware/using THX Spartial Studio (or all related Soft)

Hi everyone, I just bought a new Babacuda X (2022) yesterday, and it seem after i plugged in, i can hear thought it, and the mic also working But when i try using "Barracuda X_FirmwareUpdater_v2.4.0_r4" and all other software (downloaded on razer site) is not detecting my devices + It asked to plugged in the devices, i tried to unplug - replug it but no help + For others devices (THX) it asked to select my Razer devices as default, i already selected but it also can't detect it Is this an hardware issue ? since i can try to contact the saler to give it back another question, is it possible to charge the device though other dock charge (not from PC) such as : old iphone dock with USB support? Thank you and hope i can get support as soon as possible
