Razer barracuda x pairing problem

Hello I just bought razer barracuda x few days ago I tried the headsets on the first time wireless USB C worked like a charm but now is not connecting at all blue light blinking and it doesn't recognize the USB tried on another devices phones nothing tried with the utility on laptop is not recognizing the usb

    Please PM me the serial number so I can look into possible solutions. It would be best if you can share a copy of the proof of purchase as well. I can use that to very the warranty status of the device and look into your RMA options. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
