My new Barracuda X will not produce sound when connected to the computer with the wireless dongle. On the PS5, sound is produced but the microphone does not work. However, when I use the wire to plug it into the headphone jack, all aspects work properly. I went into my sound settings and discovered that when the headphones are plugged into the computer wirelessly, my Windows 11 computer considers them to be speakers and not a headset. The option for headset is disabled and states the device is not plugged in until I use the cord. With the cord, the headset shows up properly, and audio is both received and transmitted on both PC and PS5.
