Hello all I bought the razer barracuda x and it didn’t come with a dongle. My wife threw out the box and now best buy wont take it back without the box. Is there any way to update it without the dongle? I did check razers website and the dongle is not available. the worst part is i just bought all the thx stuff for it will that work with a duplicate headset if i bought the same thing again? Thanks for all the help. It is really funny the one time i relent and let my wife throw away a gaming box in 18 years of marriage this happens. just one update the reason i didint march right back to bestbuy was i live in a small town and its over an hour away one way it worked with bluetooth so i thought i was good.

Update after emailing best buy they are going to let\ me return it in the mail there sending me a box and label. I ended up buying the barracuda pro from the razer website much better warranty and i really like the mid range one so i think this one will be even better
