Razer barracuda X won't connect to new dongle.

I have a Razer Barracuda X and it won't connect to the dongle I just bought. I've tried downloading the program for the dongle, uninstalling and reinstalling everything, but it still won't connect. Are there any suggestions to get it to connect?

Did you already try to follow the steps here in using the headset pairing utility tool? I also suggest you uninstall the driver first before trying again.

I have the same problem cannot click on next after installing the pairing app. It doesn't recognize the dongle.

Hi, I have the same problem. The dongle is ok, the firmware update too but i am not able to sync my headset (2021) with the new dongle. I have tried on two different pc, reinstalling drivers, updating windows 10 and 11... My headset is still blinking blue. Are you sure the new dongle is compatible with the 2021 version ? Or if your app is good for that ?
