Razer Barraduca C not pairing with new USB-C dongle

I received a new usb-c dongle today for my Barracuda X headset. I am using the pairing utility but when I get to the screen with the option to pair, the button remains grayed out. My headset is in pairing mode during this time, the led is blinking blue. I have tried a few different times. I Also disconnected my other headset I was using in the meantime and turned that headset off.

I work from home so I have a website for that open which uses the headset and I notice while trying to pair it keeps switching between the razer headset and my normal speakers but the headset itself never pairs.

I am having the exact same issue.  I have a Razer Barracuda X as well (detachable mic).  I plug in the dongle and it updates the firmware.  It gets to the Pair screen, I turn on the headset (holding for 5 seconds).  It blinks blue and the Pair button never enables.  Tried on 2 different computers.  I disabled Razer Synapse as well first and ran the app as Administrator.

Did you get this from a support person or just assuming that?  I was going to put in a ticket, but takes an act of God and requires your first born son to submit it, it appears.
