Razer Base Station Console Help

I recently bought a New "Razer Base Station V2 Chroma-Black" from Amazon. It is a really cool product but I do have some minor issues. Everything works fine but the "3.5MM Combo Port With Built-In DAC" doesn't transfer any sound to my headset. The headset I use is the "BlackShark V2 X" (My headset has no problems or any issues whatsoever).



The Razer Base Station is connected to an Xbox One S. I am not sure if the Base Station Built-In DAC isn't compatible with consoles. But if it isn't, I find it strange that the Base Station on the Razer website can be found in the "Console Accessories" tab.



All I really want is help on how to make the Built-In DAC work with the Xbox. I tried going to the Xbox settings to fix the sound but I couldn't really find anything. There should really be an official Razer app in the Xbox Store. I know that there is but the app functions and usage is absolutely dreadful. Only because it supports specific accessories and not all, like wireless headsets, and keyboard and mouse and that's about it. I bought the Base Station for its main purpose of being a headset stand with the extra USB ports and didn't even know about the Built-In DAC. I would be fine if the DAC doesn't want to work with my Xbox but I would be very disappointed if it didn't.



And I also have this last issue I have for the Base Station. When the LED light turns on with the other Razer accessories I have connected, it will be in sync with my "Razer Cynosa V2 Keyboard" and "Razer DeathAdder V2 Gaming Mouse." But after like 2 mins, the color would slowly be out of sync while the keyboard and mouse are still in sync. And it bothers me to see it when the Base Station is color blue when it should be orange or red with the others.

(I do have both keyboard and mouse connected to the Base Station USB ports.)



I did just create this Razer account just for this problem. Hopefully, anyone can help!
