It just stuck charging at 4% battery no matter I wired it up with the cable or put it on dock charging.
Sadly it still doesn’t work even I tried to update the firmware or clean both the dock and mouse with Q-Tip.
Can anyone help?

- Cleaning the contacts on the dock and mouse
- Reinstalling Razer Synapse
- Plugging the mouse directly into my computer
- Switching the cable between all available USB ports on my computer
- Turning the mouse off while it charges
I performed all those step above and still result the same. Thank you
