Hello
Is it possible to do hard reset for Razer Basilisk V3 via pressing some buttons ( L+R+SCROLL WHEEL or profile button under bottom) ? If yes, could you tell what is it?
In log files there is a record like:
ERROR 57 Controller.OnBoardMemLib.OnBoardMemController.PostGetProfile [msg] GetProfile failed for Name: Razer Basilisk V3
The profiles are changing but i see infinite spinning ring newar on board memory icon.
When i click “reset” button in synapse settings for Basilisk it also just infinite spinning.
There is also an error in log file like:
ERROR 61 <>c__DisplayClass10.<GetExecutor>b__9 => <no type>.lambda_method => OnBoardMemController.PostGetProfile omsg] GetProfile failed for Name: Razer Basilisk V3
I’v istalled lastest firmware https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/6246
I have clean install Razer Synapse
Or maybe there is another way to fix that error?
