RAZER BASILISK V3 MICE, cursor is not working. (Pointer not moving)

I have bought RAZER BASILISK V3 MICE, cursor is not working. I cannot be able to move the mice pointer.

I'm using windows 11 operating system, dell inspiron 15 3000 laptop
updated firmware of basilisk v3 mice.

please help me to solve this problem.

Thanks

I'm having the exact same problem with Windows 11 Pro. I have an Alienware x17 R2 - Intel i9 12900H, 32 gig RAM, NVidia 3080 Ti, 2 Tb SSD. Razer Synapse identifies the mouse correctly however Windows device manager indicates a Microsoft PS/2 mouse. Interestingly enough Device Manager does show the Basilisk under Human Interface Devices. I have updated the mouse with the latest firmware. Using another mouse to position the cursor I verified scroll wheel and left/right button function. There's simply no cursor control. Any advice greatly appreciated.

Has anybody received any help on this issue? I am having the same problem.

Same here. Only surface that at least nudges the cursor slightly is my semi-polished wooden floor.

Check different surface, if the same check if something is blocking the sensor hole - clean it if needed.

You can also try to connect it to another PC and check if it’s working properly or not.

Thanks for your reply. Guess it was bad luck. It was brand new so I brought it back and got a new one which works nicely. Also the thumb button to reduce sensitivity feels great, the other one was like a two-stage press if this makes sense. Love it.
