hello i just recived my razer basilisk v3 pro today in the mail with the wireless charging mouse dock pro but the wireless does seem to be working at all. I have the wireless charging puck and have connected everything to synapse 3 and yet it doesn’t give me any indications that the mouse is charging. please help i dont want to have to return the charching dock

Check the cable between PC and charging dock (does it lit, when connected?).
Yes the puck is rotated in place and the dock does light up. everything seems to be connected properly
Yeah same problem here with the puck and the razer charging pad. The pad lights show it detects a device to charging but my battery won’t charge
