Razer Basilisk V3 Pro not charging

Hi, i got my hands on an basilisk V3 Pro and i have been using it for about a week now. And i have an issue with the battery/charging of the mouse. Synapse shows me that the mouse is charging but the % is stuck at the same number (40% at this time) when i unboxed the mouse the battery showed 9x%, i have only turn off the RGB lights things that i all ready did to se if it was a software issue - restart PC - restart synapse - reinstall synapse i dont have another system to check if it reports correctly or not any thoughts?

quick update I was using the 2.4g as wireless conection, so i switched to BT to see if windows somehow could show me the battery life % and it did, it shows 100%, then i switched back to 2.4g and now synapse reports correctly the battery % i dont know if this is a software issue or something with my device
