It only works on hard surfaces and is not accurate with where the cursor is on screen (would go left while moving mouse up)

I am having the same issue. I have had my Basilisk V3 mouse for while now but I haven’t been using a mouse pad. Today, I finally gave in and bought a Razer Fire Fly V2 mouse pad and discovered that my Basilisk is not working not only on the Razer Firefly but on any mouse pad. It works on my wooden desk surface. Please help!
Please I am missing two numbers on my Razar Gold card.
