As the title says my Basilisk X cannot be detected by my laptops Bluetooth. My phone can detect it for some reason, but no matter what i do it wont appear on my laptop even in pairing mode. I did recently reset my laptop wiping everything so that might be the reason, but i don’t understand why it’s not detectable.

Have you tried testing the mouse on a different computer? You can also try to update your Bluetooth drivers via “Device Manager” and select "Bluetooth." If that doesn’t help, PM me your device serial number so I can provide other workarounds. All the best!
