razer basilisk x hyperspeed does not see synapse in 2.4 ghz mode

just bought a mouse and after connecting it I installed Synapse, but it doesn't see the mouse, but when I switch to Bluetooth it immediately appears in Synapse, I don't know what to do, please help me Here is a video of how it happens -
