Razer Basilisk X Hyperspeed problem

I have had Razer Basilisk X Hyperspeed for a week and the mouse has been disconnecting several times. On/off switch is not working. The only way to fix it is remove and insert the battery. What's the solution to this problem?

    I've been having this issue too, or a similar one. In my case often turning it off and on will bring it back, but sometimes removing and reinserting the battery is necessary. It seems like it goes into a sleep mode and won't come out of it without one of the above actions.
