I have a Razer Basilisk X HyperSpeed and it suddenly stopped working, tried to reinstall the drivers, Synapse, even reinstalled my Windows, changed the battery, tried bluetooth instead of 2.4, no progress, already opened a case and it almost one week that i have no help with this
