Razer Black Shark V2 surround sound 7.1 not showing up

same issue here no help from razer thay just blank the issue. it showed up for me then a rebooted and 7.1 is gone and then it says that reltik headphone is missing when its not there in playback devices but 7.1 now is missing. aint doing a clean windows install just for a headset. av return them for a refund instead. stupid developers man don make anything easy

I uninstal program but doesnt work .This screen comes up when I finish the installation
