I just purchased the Razer Blackshark v2 pro 2020 headset but i did not receive a 7.1 verification code. I entered my product SN but says its not supported.

Had the same problem but my THX settings were in Synapse in the headphone settings

The Razer Blackshark v2 pro (2020) does not support Razer 7.1 software
