My PC registers that the devices is playing sound headset does not. Synapse does not recognize the headset. it is the default device it is up to date I restarted and uninstalled is it possible to have another issue that someone may know the fix to?

    Are you using a USB hub for the headset? You can follow the steps here and this guide for further isolation.
