One or two weeks ago, my Synapse software was automatically updated, and since that day, my headset does not work as it used to before. Since the update, I have been experiencing the following issues:

1. When I turn on any game application, the sound on any other application is delayed by 1 to even 4 seconds (depending on the time since I interacted with it last time), which is very frustrating.

2. When I play a video on YouTube while any game application is currently running, the volume of that game is being raised by a lot.

I saw a question about this issue on another thread and decided to follow the instructions for a clear uninstallation and reinstallation of Razer Synapse 3. Despite following all of the steps very carefully, it did not fix the problem.

I don't know what to do next, and it's ruining the experience, forcing me to close my game applications in order to watch YouTube or use other applications without the sound issues.
