Razer Blackshark v2 Hyperspeed not working

Hey,

my Razer Blackshark v2 Hyperspeed suddenly stopped working. In 2.4 and USB mode it shows up in the audio menu but I have no sound, bluetooth works fine right now. When I try playing audio/video via browser or media player it just doesn’t start or crashes the player.

I tried reinstalling drivers, troubleshooting with windows and resetting the headsets firmware, nothing worked. So I am out of ideas.
