Razer Blackshark v2 Pro 2023 not appearing in synapse, not outputting audio, and not charging

I have been trying to fix my Blackshark v2 Pro for hours and I submitted a ticket already but have heard no response. It appears on device manager, but for some reason it is simply not on synapse.
