Razer Blackshark V2 Pro, aux kills wireless

I posted about this over 5 months ago but it’s still unresolved and nobody seems to have a clue what I’m talking about. If anything goes into the aux jack, and then gets UNPLUGGED, then WIRELESS WILL NOT WORK. Read this over if you have to, I will repeat, THE AUX IS UNPLUGGED, YET THE WIRELESS WILL NOT TURN ON. I have been unable to use my headset for 3 days in a row now, it’s incredibly frustrating! I can’t even get work done! ANY SOLUTION APPRECIATED

I have experienced this same issue. Ever since using aux cable, my blackshark v2 pro (2020) no longer gets paired to the usb receiver for me to use it wirelessly. I even tried the pairing utility and it did not work. I can only use my headset wired now. Did you submit a ticket to the Razer Support team? I just submitted one and I’ll be waiting for some sort of solution asap. I bought this headset just 2 and a half weeks ago.
