Whenever I use the microphone in Zoom, Discord, etc. The audio quality of many games degrade and sound like they have no bass or anything. And I just spent 200 dollars for this? Can someone please help me with this???

Does the problem persist regardless if you're using the Synapse 3 app or not? I suggest to please perform the troubleshooting steps from this link. If that didn’t help, PM me the serial number of your Razer BlackShark V2 Pro so I can look into it and provide the best resolution. All the best!
