Razer BlackShark V2 Pro Microphone Not Working

I just bought a Razer BlackShark V2 Pro and I have it plugged in with the 3.5 mm jack. I can hear just fine after the computer asked me what I plugged and I said "Headphones" but on my Realtek HD Audio Manager, it says its "Headphone (Speakers)". Plus, in my Sounds settings it says my Microphone for the Razer BlackShark V2 Pro is plugged in but the Microphone for the Realtek High Definition Audio isn't. Maybe it'll work if I charged it an had it wireless but I prefer to have it wired. I bought a 3.5mm cable audio splitter on Amazon to see if that will fix it but even when I set the microphone to "Mic-In" on the Realtek HD Audio Manager, my voice still isn't detected. Nor will Razer Synapse recognize that the Razer BlackShark V2 Pro is even plugged in. Any help is appreciated.

You can try the steps here for fixing the mic problem. The Razer BlackShark V2 Pro can only be detected in Synapse if it's connected with its wireless dongle. When you use it with the 3.5mm audio cable, it will work as an analog headset. PM me the serial number if you need further assistance or check our self-help page for product updates and troubleshooting steps. Thanks!
