When I initially boot up my PC, the audio is crystal clear. However, the moment I launch any program, excluding Razer apps (as confirmed in the mic test where my voice is clear), the sound quality deteriorates instantly. This audio issue not only disrupts the seamless user experience for your loyal fans but also mostly disables a lot of people from using their own devices, sometimes even completely. Please address this! I hope I can play my games again soon. Its been more than a month of this and the update I got was supposedly to fix that, but it just made the distorted sound even more unbearable than before. Thanks in advance for any help!
