Hello there!
Today, when attempting to use my headset i noticed sound was not working, so i decided to check audio and noticed that “THX Spacial Audio” (my usual connection) was not there. Seeing this i checked the synapse 3 software and have found that my headset no longer connects to it. I have tried reinstalling the software and tried the firmware updater tool (which does not work either) and it will still not connect.

Because of the update, there was no problem until 1 week ago, they released the update they released without checking it properly, this is my opinion.
