Razer Blackshark v2 X 7.1 surround sound code not working

I just bought the black shark v2 x here in the Philippines and the code that came with the box is not working.. It says "License code is invalid". Please helpppp

i did, after inputing my device serial number is says "The 7.1 Surround Sound code for this model is not available, please click here to contact customer support." after clicking "here" it just sends me back to the same thing and after inputing the serial number, it says it again.
