Razer Blackshark V2 X audio issue

Hello. I just bought the Razer Blackshark V2 X headphones, plugged into my laptop with splitter. Audio sounds fine, but the microphone quality is terrible. It is too much boosted and got very noisy and robotic sounds. To check, I unplugged from the splitter and tested it on my phone. It worked fine. But don't know what is wrong on my laptop. The drivers are updated. Also, Synapse 3 can not recognize it. Are there any solutions?o_O
