Good day,

Can somebody help me, my razer blackshark v2x usb version is not detected in my synapse v3. Tried restarting my laptop and reinstalling the application. My razer basilisk x hyperspeed is detected. I am just having problem with the blackshark v2x usb

The Razer BlackShark V2 X USB does not require the Synapse 3 app for its functions. Hence, it’s not detected. You can check the master guide here for reference on how to set up your headset.
