Razer BlackWidow Elite keys sometimes not working?

Hello, I bought a Razer BlackWidow Elite keyboard in late 2020 and occasionally over the last year, two of my keys, the Z and "-" (hyphen) keys specifically, have stopped taking any kind of inputs temporarily. This problem persisted earlier this year in March, but randomly went away a week or so later. Now, I am having the same problem again for almost 2 weeks now. I tried cleaning the keyboard, both the keycaps themselves and under them, so there should be no hardware interference, and I uninstalled all Razer software temporarily to check for software issues and this problem still persisted. I am at my wit's end trying to solve this and am unsure if this is a common issue or if I should send it in for repair.
