So my Keyboard (razer blackwidow elite) keeps spamming the same key 20 times with 1 button press

Also the Chroma has stopped working anymore. I reinstalled synapse to no avail. I tried to find a firmware update, yet that didn't exist.

I tested it on multiple PC's/Laptops which didn't fix anything either. Also usually you would get a prompt to get razer software installed on a new system, yet that also wasn't appearing.

I have cleaned the USB ports & the keyboard itself. Which also hasn't changed anything.

I updated windows just in case & tried to reinstall the synapse again right after. Which again didn't fix anything.

I am at my withs end, I have used the keyboard for a couple years now and it would be a shame if i needed to replace it now

Please help if possible!
