Good afternoon, my razer blackwidow v3 mini keyboard has a double click, for more than 10 keys we have been playing with a double click. I updated the firmware on the recommendation, it didn't help. Have you tried it wirelessly (bluetooth/2.4GHz Hyperspeed) or via different USB cable?
I’d also try it on another PC without Synapse installed.

If you have still warranty, RMA it.
