Razer BlackWidow V3 Mini Hyperspeed Linked Keys Issue

Hi, I’m most likely guessing this is a hardware issue since I bought this keyboard refurbished on Amazon, but just wanted to double check. The issue I have is that whenever I type the keys  “7” or “9”, I get the text “79”. The same thing happens for the keys “U” and “O”, “J” and “L”, and  “N” and “,”. Everything else works as intended but whenever I press one of those keys, it almost seems like the other is simultaneously pressed. I have made sure to update my drivers and tried connecting directly to my PC instead of my hub. I have also tried connecting directly to an entirely different PC and still had the same issue. The keys in “Responsive” Lighting light up at the exact same time whenever I press either one. Have also tried clearing all macros from the keyboard in Synapse and tried holding the reset button while powered on for 15 seconds, as well as powered off. Still no luck. Let me know if I should send this back to amazon for a replacement or if there is something I can do to fix it. Thanks!
