Razer BlackWidow V3 Mini HyperSpeed not working after a hard reset

Hello, I had to apply a hard reset using ESC+BloqMay+Espace. After it the keyboard is not connecting to any device even using the cable connection. I tried to upgrade the firmware and it shows it has been updated correctly but the keyboard does not work and does not connect to the computer. I tried to reset it again and it does not work neither. I tried it with a laptop with windows 10 and an iMac. Does anybody know how to solve this problem? Thanks in advance!

Windows 11  Treiber  sind  aktuell
